- Taking ownership of customer requests and ensuring resolution - Supporting and processing requests related to AIA campaigns and policies - Assisting in planning, execution, and reporting of direct marketing campaigns - Building strong relationships with customers, advisers, and internal teams - Contributing to service delivery targets

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience - Passion for outstanding customer service - Excellent communication skills - Problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads

Skills:

- Experience in Direct Customer Marketing leveraging Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud (advantageous) - Ability to see beyond a request to meet customer needs - Strong relationship-building skills - Attention to detail and growth mindset
