Vacancy: Customer Service Coordinator

Bonson Industrial Co. Ltd. is currently looking to fill the position of a Customer Service Coordinator at their state-of-the-art manufacturing site in New Lynn, Auckland. This full-time role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to be a part of a team dedicated to innovation and community service.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Services Assistant to manage day-to-day business and enquiries
• Ensure clear priorities and effective workload management
• Handle sample areas in the office and warehouse
• Maintain customer records, pricing, and update wholesaler price lists
• Monitor 3PL order processing, stock levels, replenishment, and invoices
• Manage export documentation when needed
• Prepare New Product Packing Check Lists and update records in the accounting system
• Provide backup support for raw materials coordination and production reporting

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a Customer Service role
• Attention to detail and strong relationship building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
