About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service and driving business growth. Working closely with the Sales and Operations team, you will manage a portfolio of clients, engage with them to understand their sea freight and airfreight needs, and guide them through the freight forwarding process. Building lasting relationships, providing timely updates on shipments, and resolving issues efficiently are at the core of your responsibilities. Your focus on client satisfaction and retention will be instrumental in the company's success.

About You

For this role, a strong understanding of international freight forwarding with a minimum of 2 years of experience in New Zealand is required. You should have comprehensive knowledge of sea freight and air freight, whether in import or export. Managing a portfolio of customers, fostering strong relationships, being tech-savvy (especially in MS Office), effective time management, exceptional communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are key attributes for this role.
