Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline - Proven experience in technical product ownership or customer experience role - Experience in working with a BPO and their SLA - Experience in leading, developing, and coaching small teams - Previous experience in B2C/retail is advantageous

- Excellent process and analytical thinking skills - Strong change management and leadership experience - Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills - Strong experience with customer software, systems/tools, and CX analytics
