Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Strategy Executive to uplift customer experience and engagement, ensuring customer-centric thinking across the organization. The role involves supporting the Head of Grocery Customer Strategy in developing strategies for customer satisfaction and business growth.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Grocery Customer Strategy in gaining strategic alignment internally and externally
  • Input into the creation of 3-year customer strategy
  • Generate and own the Pulse Plan for grocery strategy execution
  • Network with stakeholders to develop better customer experience strategies

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years in FMCG Account Management
  • Experience on Coles, Woolworths, or Independent Grocery in a Customer Manager capacity
  • Experience in Customer Marketing/Trade Category Management and Account Management / Field Sales
