Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Strategy Executive to uplift customer experience and engagement, ensuring customer-centric thinking across the organization. The role involves supporting the Head of Grocery Customer Strategy in developing strategies for customer satisfaction and business growth.
Job responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Grocery Customer Strategy in gaining strategic alignment internally and externally
- Input into the creation of 3-year customer strategy
- Generate and own the Pulse Plan for grocery strategy execution
- Network with stakeholders to develop better customer experience strategies
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years in FMCG Account Management
- Experience on Coles, Woolworths, or Independent Grocery in a Customer Manager capacity
- Experience in Customer Marketing/Trade Category Management and Account Management / Field Sales
