About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team and help our customers make the most of our innovative solutions. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers—ECE centres and educators—have a seamless and rewarding experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide ECE centres and educators through the sign-up and onboarding process.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their go-to resource.
  • Proactive Engagement: Regularly check in with customers to ensure they’re achieving their goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Education & Support: Deliver training sessions and provide resources to empower users.
  • Feedback Collection: Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with the product and development teams.
  • Customer Retention: Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Advocacy: Foster strong connections to encourage customers to become advocates for Utopia Education.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to think proactively.
  • Passion for education and understanding of the ECE sector.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms or app-based solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus.
