## Purpose of this Role As the Davis Cup Captain, your primary role will be to lead New Zealand's playing group with a focus on winning behaviors and processes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the team culture and integrating junior athletes into the squad. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving world-class standards, leading player selection, and creating an environment that fosters success during tie weeks.
