This role offers the opportunity to lead, impact various industries, and progress towards a Partner position.

Responsibilities

• Supporting private equity, strategic corporate clients, and business owners in executing growth and exit strategies
• Involvement in corporate finance activities such as financial due diligence, M&A advisory, valuations, capital raising, and modeling
• Leading and mentoring team members
• Producing high-quality reports and maintaining strong communication skills

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• 6+ years of Corporate Finance experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, CA, and/or CFA qualifications
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor others
• Proactivity, self-motivation, and confidence in driving success
