Job responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy - Own the relationship with the paid media agency for demand-gen initiatives - Analyze market data, customer behavior, and feedback to understand Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) - Partner with the sales team to align on key accounts, goals, and messaging - Deploy ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts with personalized messaging - Design technical customer journeys and automated workflows - Measure pipeline performance using key metrics - Explore new marketing opportunities and channels
