The Role of Design Managers

Monkeytoe is currently looking for Design Managers to join their teams in Auckland, Christchurch, and New Plymouth. These positions have been created to strengthen regional and national design teams, enhance customer service, and improve project efficiency. Key responsibilities for Design Managers include:

• Experience with 2D and 3D drafting systems, preferably Autodesk Inventor
• Effective communication and project management skills
• Team and people management abilities
• Mentorship and coaching of designers
• Engagement with customers and other departments
• Ensuring adherence to company objectives and safety standards
