About The Role

As a dispatch worker at SPL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely fulfillment of customer orders. Working closely with the Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for tasks such as navigating computer systems, palletizing boxes, managing stock, and maintaining a clean and organized dispatch area. This full-time role offers a positive and dynamic team environment in Warkworth, Auckland.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order and stock information using computer systems.
• Pack and palletize capsicum boxes according to orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area.
• Assist in various packhouse activities, including grading capsicum and operating machinery.
• Coordinate with external transport companies.

Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role should possess computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously. While dispatch experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Strong communication skills, flexibility with hours, and physical fitness for tasks like heavy lifting are essential for success in this position.
