Role Responsibilities:

The Duty Manager will be responsible for team leadership, running shifts, training and coaching team members, customer service, assisting with admin tasks, and fulfilling online orders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a duty manager role, retail experience, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven Duty Manager experience
• Proven retail experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Understanding of Health and Safety practices
