Your Role:

As a Finance Officer, you will oversee financial operations, maintain records, reconcile transactions, process invoices, and support budget preparation. Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance, fostering stakeholder relationships, and contributing to financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining financial records
• Reconciling accounts and processing invoices
• Assisting in payroll and financial reporting
• Developing stakeholder relationships
• Analyzing and resolving financial issues

Who You Are:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Proficient in SAP, Datacom, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest in union activities and willingness to adapt

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work outside regular hours
• Proactive decision-making and continuous learning mindset
• Full Driver's License

Salary Range: $83,573.88 - $100,636.57

Location: Ellerslie Auckland

Benefit: $80,000 - $100,000
