Job requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Electrician & Automation, with a qualification in PLC programming - Extensive experience in automation, preferably within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment - Strong root cause analysis skills and ability for timely breakdown resolutions - HSE knowledge and commitment to driven HSE capability across the team - CI focus to continuously leverage opportunities for transformation and innovation

Job responsibilities:

- Lead site based Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation projects and upgrades - Manage the Electrical & Automation team to deliver reliability and reduce costs - Ensure Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation systems are up to date with technology - Take ownership for Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation KPIs as reported in the Engineering scorecard

Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in Electrician & Automation - Extensive experience in automation, preferably within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment

Skills:

- Strong root cause analysis skills - Ability for timely breakdown resolutions - HSE knowledge and commitment - CI focus for continuous improvement
