Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to fill a fixed-term contract for 12 months due to parental leave. This role has the potential to become a permanent position as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate should be a highly skilled operator with experience in running an 8-head commercial embroidery machine. Attention to detail, proficiency in written and oral English, knowledge of fabrics and backing materials, familiarity with puff embroidery and badge making, and the ability to use a computer for job management and image viewing are essential.

Additionally, a reasonable level of fitness is required for some physical aspects of the job, such as moving boxes of garments and being on your feet throughout the day. We value team players who are adaptable, willing to assist in various tasks, and open to working overtime during busy periods. While experience in digitizing is beneficial, it is not required for this role.
