About the Opportunity

The role offers autonomy in file and client management with team support. The firm prioritizes a client-focused approach over strict billing targets and values producing work to a high standard. Responsibilities may include advising on employment contracts, performance management, disciplinary investigations, restructuring, resolving PG claims, collective bargaining, privacy matters, and representing clients in mediations, ERA, Employment Court, and negotiations outside of court.

About You

The ideal candidate has 8+ years PQE in employment law, with potential consideration for those from mixed practice areas or in-house legal backgrounds. Strong client management, interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to provide strategic advice are essential. Candidates should contribute to the firm's long-term success, with options for salaried or equity-based partnership roles.
