Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership to engineering, design, and draughting teams - Mentor and develop team members - Ensure quality of engineering and design projects - Represent company at industry conferences - Oversee team performance and efficiency - Manage resources for effective service delivery - Identify new engineering tools for team efficiency

Qualifications:

- Experience in consultancy or electrical energy industry leadership - Tertiary qualification in Engineering preferred

Skills:

- Strong leadership and change management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Commercial acumen - Ability to build meaningful relationships
