Engineering Manager Full-time Job

Job responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of expats and national engineers - Oversee the maintenance, reliability, and optimization of heavy fixed plant equipment - Develop and implement engineering strategies for safety, efficiency, and sustainability - Manage capital projects, upgrades, and plant expansions - Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams - Develop training programs for the national workforce - Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline - Extensive experience in heavy industrial fixed plant equipment - Proven leadership experience in a multicultural environment - Strong understanding of electrical systems in large-scale operations - Experience working in Southeast Asia or similar international environments (preferred)

Skills:

- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
