Job Title: ERP Consultant - Application Testing & Support

Company Overview:

Join our client, a leading provider of ERP solutions known for their innovative approach and commitment to client satisfaction.

Role Overview:

As an ERP Consultant, you will focus on Application Testing & Support for their software- Odoo. This client-facing role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to write technical specifications. Training will be provided for Odoo.

Responsibilities:

• Develop test scripts and test new developments.
• Provide phone and email-based support for customer queries and application issues.
• Manage the resolution of support calls for existing clients.
• Follow a documented process to set up new client instances and configure.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Consultant or similar.
• Experience with Odoo is a bonus!
• Use of/support of business applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to write technical specifications.
