Join Smith & Caughey's as a Counter Manager

Smith & Caughey's, a top beauty retailer in New Zealand in partnership with Estee Lauder, is seeking an experienced Counter Manager to lead our Queen Street counter. This full-time position requires approximately 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility during promotional periods.

What We Are Looking For

To excel in this role, you must have a genuine passion for Estee Lauder, encompassing both makeup artistry and skincare. Demonstrable experience in these areas is essential. We emphasize the importance of exceptional customer service, sales maximization, business acumen, and teamwork. Previous experience in managing employees is advantageous given the leadership responsibilities of this role.
