Executive Assistant Opportunity

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive
  • Facilitate coordination and integration of information
  • Represent the interests of the organization professionally
  • Take ownership of key tasks and projects

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years supporting senior executives
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in priority populations or public health sector
  • Knowledge of not-for-profit sector
