F45 Training Takanini is seeking passionate and dedicated trainers to join our team. We have full-time, part-time, and casual positions available for both management and trainer roles. We are looking for someone who is customer service-oriented, willing to go above and beyond to ensure member satisfaction, and contribute to our positive studio culture. As a high-energy self-starter, you should also possess strong motivational, coaching, sales, and marketing skills.

The Position:

• Work closely with the studio manager and owners
• Lead and conduct F45 Training sessions
• Monitor key performance metrics and their impact on business performance and member experience
• Provide support to staff and customers, including membership sales
• Organize member events, retention programs, social media initiatives, marketing projects, and community events

To be considered for this role, you must hold a First Aid Certificate and a Certificate III in Fitness.
