Exciting Opportunity for Facilities Manager in Auckland CBD

Responsibilities

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a large industrial portfolio. Your duties will include:

• Developing and implementing a planned and preventive maintenance program for all properties in the portfolio
• Collaborating with contractors to ensure maintenance work is completed to high standards, on schedule, and within budget
• Communicating effectively with key stakeholders such as tenants, landlords, and suppliers to address their needs and resolve issues
• Conducting regular inspections of buildings, identifying maintenance needs, and scheduling work accordingly
• Managing operational and capital expenditure budgets efficiently
• Ensuring all properties are compliant with regulations and standards

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A tertiary qualification in Property or relevant trade experience (preferred but not required)
• 2+ years of experience in facilities management
• Demonstrated ability in managing contractors and suppliers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer
