This role offers a chance to work in a purpose-built luxury facility that provides apartment living, rest home care, hospital care, and a dedicated memory loss suite.

Role Overview

As the Facility Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the facility, managing occupancy and risk, ensuring quality management, and overseeing financial operations to maintain profitability. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and lead a team of experienced clinical and administration professionals.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Post-graduate studies in Management, Nursing, Gerontology, Business Studies, or Health Studies
• Advanced financial skills
• Minimum of 3 years of health management experience with a focus on aged care
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Excellent customer relationship and people management skills
• New Zealand citizenship and residency
