Job Description: File Management Support Officer

New Zealand Police is currently seeking File Management Support Officers (FMSO) to join the Public Counter team at Counties Manukau Police Station. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to keeping New Zealanders safe. As a FMSO, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective service to the public, handling inquiries, managing exhibits, and supporting Police staff with various tasks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Dealing with challenging circumstances in a customer service environment
  • Accurately recording and assessing information from the public
  • Reviewing incident reports and providing feedback
  • Managing information and coordinating with regional teams

Shift Work Details
