Job responsibilities

- Financial administration including processing, invoicing, payments, payroll, and reporting - Debtors management, budget preparation, grant reporting - Operational administration including stakeholder communication, process improvement, staff onboarding - Governance support for Annual Report, AGM preparations, Executive Board meetings

Qualifications

- Experience in Xero accounting software and Xero payroll - Proficiency in financial management - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Familiarity with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 - Previous experience in sports or not for profit organizations

Skills

- Ability to prioritize workload effectively - Development and maintenance of standard operating procedures - Knowledge of office operations and contracts management - Competency in English, both spoken and written - Flexibility to work in a small team environment
