Job responsibilities:

- Leading and developing finance team - Business Partnering across the group - Providing analysis and insights on monthly performance - Continuous operational improvements - Monthly reporting and consolidations - Presentation of divisional results to CFO and CEO - M&A accounting - Analysis of year-end financial accounts - Ensuring timely completion of tax and statutory returns

Qualifications:

- CA/CPA qualified accountant - Experience in process and operational improvements - Leadership and business partnering experience - Background in retail or multi-site environments - Previous experience at Finance Manager level

Skills:

- Technically competent - Proven ability to lead and manage teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Initiative and ability to bring innovative ideas - Ability to deliver on initiatives
