Finance Manager Full-time Job

Job requirements:

- CA/CPA qualified accountant - Ideally Big 4 trained - Experience in commercial world with staff management experience - Good experience in process and operational improvements - Proven leadership and business partnering experience

Job responsibilities:

- Leading and developing a finance team - Business Partnering across the group - Providing analysis and insight on monthly performance - Continuous operational improvements - Monthly reporting and consolidations - Presentation of divisional results to CFO and CEO - M&A accounting - Analysis of year-end financial accounts - Ensuring tax and statutory returns completion

Qualifications:

- CA/CPA qualified accountant - Big 4 training or commercial training with complex group structure experience

Skills:

- Strong technical skills - Leadership abilities - Business partnering experience - Process and operational improvement expertise - Retail or multi-site background preferred
