About the Position

Position: Finance Manager

Reporting: Directly to the General Manager

Location: Maryborough, Queensland, Australia

Salary: $120K + career progression + benefits

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day financial operations
Manage EOM reporting, cash flow, and financial risks
Oversee accounting operations and provide financial insights
Coordinate with external accountants and optimize financial processes
Develop high-level Board and Senior Leadership Team packs

Qualifications and Experience

Formal qualifications in Finance or Accounting with CPA certification
Proven experience in Finance or Accounting at a Senior Accounting level or Financial Controller
Proficient in financial management systems and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and financial regulations
