About the Role

This full-time position offers a vital role within the organization, reporting directly to the CEO and the Director of Finance. As a Finance leader, you will be responsible for overseeing financial management and reporting for both the non-profit entity and its retail arm. Your key responsibilities will include participating in strategic leadership, managing finance functions, overseeing donations receipting, and providing leadership to the finance team.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary degree, current CA/CPA membership, and proven management accounting experience. Familiarity with accounting standards in the charitable sector, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft products are essential. Additionally, a good understanding of the not-for-profit and retail sector, strategic planning abilities, and a heart for the mission are highly desirable.
