Job requirements

- Qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Teaching experience in accounting and finance management
- Experience in teaching/tutoring finance in an adult education or commercial environment
- Experience in managing finance staff and assessing performance and learning requirements
- Understanding of globally accepted accounting practice standards

Job responsibilities

- Provide support and strengthen capacity of Timorese staff in managing finance processes effectively
- Impart skills and knowledge to the local community
- Be flexible, adaptable, resourceful, and resilient
