About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with Tim Williams and Penny Sheerin, two leading financial services partners at Chapman Tripp. They will be involved in advising clients on various financial services laws, regulatory changes, and business transactions. While experience in financial services is preferred, candidates with backgrounds in corporate, commercial litigation, finance, or tax are also encouraged to apply.
