Fire System Technicians Full-time Job

Key points:

- Fire Systems Technicians needed for Auckland office - Company experiencing growth and looking for new team members - Full-time position with competitive hourly rate and development opportunities

Job requirements:

- Level 4 fire alarm certificate required - Level 3 Fixed Fire Protections preferred - Valid work visa, NZ citizen, or permanent resident of NZ

Job responsibilities:

- Installation, service, maintenance, and testing of fire protection systems - Complying with relevant NZ standards and project specifications - Working on ladders, boom lifts, scissor platforms at heights - Reading and understanding architectural and services drawings - Maintaining compliance with company policies and Health & Safety requirements - Clear communication skills, verbal and written - Competent in power tools and computer skills - Ensuring company vehicle and property are in good condition - Team player with excellent time management skills

Qualifications:

- Apprenticeship role available with electrical/electronic/mechanical qualification - NZ experience in a similar role in the electrical/fire protection industry

Skills:

- Honest, punctual, and self-motivated - Development opportunities for the right candidate - Future roles may include Manager, Estimator, Designer, Project Manager - Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, may include weekends, night shifts, and on-call duties
