Join Our Team as a Floor Covering Installer

We are looking for a dedicated individual with extensive experience as a Floor Covering Installer to join our installation team. If you have a passion for transforming spaces with quality flooring solutions, this role might be perfect for you.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Measuring areas to be covered and estimating quantities of floor covering materials
• Preparing surfaces and removing baseboard trims
• Measuring, cutting, and fixing underlay materials
• Laying various types of coverings such as carpets, linoleum, parquetry blocks, cork tiles, and other resilient flooring materials
• Securing floor coverings, fitting edge trims, and cutting shapes around fixtures
• Sanding, staining, and applying finishing coatings to timber floors
• Possibly installing wall, ceiling, counter, and bench coverings

Qualifications:

• Excellent physical fitness
• Willingness to share knowledge and mentor others
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
