Salary and Benefits

• Workshop Service Technician: $30-35 per hour + Allowances
• Field Service Technician: $35-42 per hour + Allowances

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Workshop Service Technician with experience in electric battery forklifts. The role involves performing repairs on mechanical battery electric and internal combustion forklifts, including new forklift pre-delivery, field-based repairs, and servicing customer-owned forklifts in compliance with OEM guidelines. The position requires a high level of customer service and adherence to KPIs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant Level 4 Qualification or a minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Trade Certificate in Heavy Equipment, Diesel Mechanic, Diesel Plant Fitting, or Auto Electrics
• 3+ years of experience in service, repair, and maintenance
• Current Class 1 Driver's License (willingness to achieve Class 2-5)
• Knowledge of electrical forklifts and battery-operated equipment is a plus
