Join Our Team as a Frames & Trusses Production Supervisor!

The Gig

Are you ready to take on the role of a Supervisor in a growing factory in Pukekohe? Our client, in business for almost 20 years, specializes in providing quality timber frames for new builds across New Zealand. As a Supervisor, you will lead a team of 15 in fabricating frames & trusses, ensuring daily production needs are met while prioritizing Health & Safety. While previous experience in Frame & Truss is beneficial, the key requirements include the ability to read plans, lead a team effectively, and have a strong work ethic.

The Goods

• Pay: $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
• Supervise a team of 15
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
• Hours: 5:00am start - 3:30pm (approximately 9-10 hours per day)
• Time & a half pay after 45 hours
• Opportunities for upskilling and development

You Will Be Successful If

• Have experience in a Supervisor role or general building experience
• Ability to plan, prioritize work, and pay attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and a positive, committed attitude
• Willingness to be hands-on and dedicated to completing tasks
