Job responsibilities:

- Create and deliver outstanding customer experiences - Lead and organize the operational execution of the Grocery department - Maintain high standards for the store and the team - Collaborate with store leadership to develop long-term strategies - Ensure financial performance targets are met - Uphold Health & Safety and Food Safety standards - Handle customer complaints effectively

Qualifications:

- Forklift license desirable - SAP experience desirable - LCQ and Managers certificates desirable
