GROCERY MANAGER Full-time Job

Key points:

- Grocery Manager position at PAK’nSAVE Royal Oak - Opportunity to lead a large team of over 60 members - Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards

Job requirements:

- Previous supermarket experience, ideally in grocery - Leadership capability with experience in managing teams - Ability to drive operational excellence and customer-focused solutions

Job responsibilities:

- Create and deliver outstanding customer experiences - Lead and organize the operational execution of the Grocery department - Maintain high standards for the store and the team - Collaborate with store leadership to develop long-term strategies - Ensure financial performance targets are met - Uphold Health & Safety and Food Safety standards - Handle customer complaints effectively

Qualifications:

- Forklift license desirable - SAP experience desirable - LCQ and Managers certificates desirable

Skills:

- Logical operational thinking and problem-solving skills - Performance coaching and development capabilities - Strong communication and leadership skills
