Job responsibilities

- Lead the Star Social loyalty program and drive membership growth, engagement, and profitability - Oversee RFM lifecycle campaigns, automations, tactical campaigns, and reporting - Drive innovation through test and learn campaigns, customer feedback, and program effectiveness analysis - Advocate for a data-led approach and share insights across the business - Manage loyalty software provider relationship and collaborate with different departments on improvement projects - Prioritize and direct workflow of direct reports and contribute to marketing leadership team

Qualifications
