Job requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master is preferred) - 8-10 years of senior-level experience in property management, asset management, or real estate investment - Strong financial acumen and knowledge of New Zealand property laws

Job responsibilities

- Lead the property management team - Develop and execute innovative strategic asset repositioning plans - Drive initiatives to enhance Net Operating Income (NOI) and property valuations - Oversee leasing strategies and maintain strong tenant relationships

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in related field - 8-10 years of relevant experience - Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
