Job requirements:

- ACC operational, medical, and policy knowledge (desirable) - Experience in healthcare/injury rehabilitation/claims management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - Experience in an administrative setting

Job responsibilities:

- Liaising with clients and team for rehab progress - Addressing cultural needs and onboarding clients onto the Behavioral Change Platform - Coordinating service providers for plan execution - Communicating with clients and clinical team for review

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in healthcare or rehabilitation industry

Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - Strong communication and coordination skills
