Job responsibilities

- Assist with the establishment and leadership of a brand-new housekeeping team - Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping Department - Deliver the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation for exceptional guest satisfaction - Engage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results - Recruit and induct new housekeeping team members - Write rotas, implement systems, and manage departmental operations effectively

Job requirements

- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a four-star, full-service hotel environment - Excellent communication skills with both guests and team members - Confidence in decision-making and taking responsibility - Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week - Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures around cleaning products and housekeeping supplies - Strong organizational skills to delegate tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
