Role Responsibilities

As a Housing Support Manager, you will visit customers at their homes, attend meetings with stakeholders, and collaborate with a local team to provide holistic support. You will assist tenants in accessing job opportunities, amenities, and services, as well as work on rent arrears and debt collection. Your role will involve problem-solving, relationship-building, and understanding the diverse needs of our customers.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting customers with challenging housing and wellbeing needs. Candidates should have strong relationship-building skills, the ability to de-escalate emotional situations, and a cultural awareness that aligns with the aspirations of our customers, especially Māori and Pasifika. A current NZ driver's license is required for this role due to travel requirements.
