• Provide quality HR support ensuring compliance with NZ employment law
• Demonstrate adaptability to systems and tackle challenges head-on
• Deliver clear, concise advice through superb written and verbal abilities

What We're Looking For

We are searching for a candidate who can showcase the following:

• Strong customer service orientation
• Solid foundation of HR technical skills
• Experience with New Zealand employment legislation
• Ability to adapt to new systems and workflows
• Proactive attitude towards assisting others
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in the public sector (advantageous)
