Ind Electrician - Day shift Full-time Job

Key points:

- Day shift Industrial Electrician position in Canterbury - Permanent spot available for a January start - Seeking candidates with NZ Electrical License (EWRB) and minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience - Experience with FMCG manufacturing and knowledge of electrical standards and regulations

Job requirements:

- Full NZ Licensed Electrician (EWRB) - Proficient in electrical standards and regulations for industrial environments - Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience - Experienced with FMCG manufacturing, ideally in food industry - Excellent English communication skills - Knowledge of breakdown diagnostics, maintenance planning, motor start and control equipment, PLCs, SCADA systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics - NZ Work Visa/Residency/Citizenship

Job responsibilities:

- Work as part of the in-house maintenance team to minimize interruptions to production - Ensure the best upkeep of the electrical plant - Collaborate with production on preventative and diagnostic maintenance measures - Resolve electrical engineering issues in a timely, safe manner, and to a high quality

Qualifications:

- Full NZ Licensed Electrician (EWRB)

Skills:

- Proficiency in electrical standards and regulations - Experience with FMCG manufacturing - Excellent English communication skills - Knowledge of various electrical equipment and systems
