Ind Electrician - shift work Full-time Job

Key points:

- Full NZ Electrical license required - Competitive hourly rates - Rotational shift work - Industrial Electrician role in Southland, Canterbury, and Otago

Job requirements:

- Full NZ Licensed Electrician (EWRB) - Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience - Experience with FMCG manufacturing, ideally food

Job responsibilities:

- Work to minimize interruptions to production - Ensure the best upkeep of the electrical plant - Use preventative and diagnostic maintenance measures - Resolve electrical engineering issues in a timely and safe manner

Qualifications:

- Proficient in electrical standards and regulations for industrial environments - Excellent English communication skills - Knowledge of breakdown diagnostics, maintenance planning, motor start and control equipment, PLCs, SCADA systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Skills:

- Ability to work in a time-pressured scenario - Strong maintenance planning skills - Knowledge of motor start and control equipment - Familiarity with PLCs and SCADA systems
