Intermediate Architectural Designer Full-time Job

Job requirements:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture design - Have at least three years of experience in the residential construction industry - Fluent in English and Mandarin - Fully conversant in ArchiCAD, familiar with AutoCAD and Photoshop - Good knowledge of NZBC, NZ Building Act, Resource Management Act, local planning, and development controls

Job responsibilities:

- Start a project from concept design to development design based on client's requirements - Work with Sales team and attend meetings with clients - Complete Resource consent, building consent, and all other relevant documentations to council without supervision - Monitoring consent process and answer any queries and requests for further information from Council - Analyse and summarize Building and Resource Consent conditions and highlight issues for the Construction Team

Qualifications:

- Have a passion for design in residential or commercial projects - Able to work independently from concept design to construction completion - On the way to acquire LBP license or already have LBP 1 or 2 qualification

- Excellent communication skills - Enjoy the autonomy of working independently and collaborating with team members
