Join Our Team as an Architect Designer

We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are expanding our team. We are looking for an experienced Architect Designer to join our dynamic and friendly team. This role offers excellent growth opportunities and exciting challenges.

Responsibilities

• Start and manage projects from concept design to development based on client requirements
• Collaborate with the Sales team and clients, attending meetings and ensuring project alignment
• Prepare and submit Resource consent, building consent, and other necessary documentation to the council
• Monitor the consent process, address council queries, and provide required information
• Analyze and summarize consent conditions, highlighting issues for the Construction Team
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and adhere to project timelines

Requirements

• Passion for design in residential and commercial projects
• Ability to work independently throughout the design process
• In progress of acquiring or already possess LBP 1 or 2 qualification
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge within a collaborative team
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture design
• Minimum of three years of experience in residential construction
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of relevant regulations
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
