Key points

- Leading consultancy in land development projects
- Finish at 12pm every Friday, work a 36-hour week

Job responsibilities

- Undertaking and leading civil design for medium to large land development projects
- Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, and design documentation
- Work closely with clients, local authorities, contractors, and internal design team
- Construction and site supervision
- Assist with business development opportunities

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering
- Experience in land development and engineering design in three waters, earthworks, roading
- Previous experience in a similar role in the NZ consultancy market

Skills

- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
