The Opportunity - Recruitment Specialist (Thai Market)

NZSEG is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Recruitment Specialist focused on the Thailand market. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving recruitment targets by identifying opportunities for promoting NZSEG's courses, developing recruitment strategies, overseeing marketing activities, and building strong relationships with recruitment agents, industry partners, and potential students. This position also involves providing student support to ensure a positive learning experience at NZSEG.

What We're Looking For

- Fluency in Thai language is a must. - Proven experience in marketing, especially in an educational context. - Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes. - Strong sales skills with a focus on meeting recruitment targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and commitment to educational standards compliance.
