Job Responsibilities

- Assist and support investment advisors
- Onboard new clients
- Act as a point of contact for clients
- Produce and distribute client correspondence
- Monitor settlements and coordinate transfers
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer service
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting
- AML compliance and client due diligence
- Assist in organizing internal and external events and meetings

Requirements

- Experience in Financial Services/Banking industry and custodial platforms advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multi-dimensional environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability to technology platforms
- Keen interest in the New Zealand investment industry
- Attention to detail, adherence to tight deadlines, and strong work ethic
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
